The room on level 5 had a stunning Dockland Harbour view that truly enhanced our stay, especially during sunset.

Accessing the pool was inconvenient, as it required swapping room keys at reception and a long trek through the street to a different building.

The hotel boasts a great location with quick access to tram lines, making it easy to explore Melbourne. Breakfast options were decent, but the absence of lunch and dinner service was disappointing.

The check-in was frustrating due to a lack of staff, leading to long wait times. Housekeeping barged in at an inappropriate time, which was both invasive and startling.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was slow, as there were not enough staff at the reception, causing delays and some initial frustration. my room had some strange smells that detracted from the overall experience.

The room was spacious and cozy, and I loved having a couch to chill on. Staff were super friendly and helped me with all my questions. The location's a win too, right by tram stops and just a short walk to Southern Cross. Only bummer was the breakfast setup – no buffet options at all.
